In this action packed workshop we cover an array of skills to take your furniture painting or upcycling to the next level.
Learn about :
painting kitchen splash backs,
prep & sanding steps to prepare wooden surface for stain,
using Ultra Grip on shiny surfaces like tiles, glass and melamine,
how to stencil,
how to decoupage,
how to use Tough Coat for extra protection,
how to wet sand with hemp oil for a buttery smooth finish,
And how to use Stain & Finishing Oil (SFO) as both a stain and as a top coat over paint.
You will take home a pair of decoupaged coasters, a stenciled practice tile and a cute stenciled sign board to hang.
Take your painting skills to a whole other creative level! Places are limited so get in early to avoid disappointment! Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
Please note: Due to drying times the coasters will not be fully sealed. We will cover how to use Tough Coat in the workshop so that if you wish to purchase some to take home with you (with 10% discount), you will be equipped with the knowledge of how to seal them for more water resistance.

You’ll also have the opportunity to browse available furniture and decor as well as the many beautiful Fusion Mineral Paint colours and other finishing products. Workshop attendees receive a 10% discount on any purchase made on the day. (Offer excludes already discounted Starter Bundles)
At Ballerina with a Paintbrush, we do not offer cancellations once a booking is confirmed. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. As an alternative, we provide the option to transfer your booking to another available date, subject to availability. Please contact me at least 48 hours before your scheduled workshop to discuss rescheduling options. Thank you for your understanding.
*A minimum number of participants is required for each workshop. Should the minimum numbers not be met, participants will be given the option to receive a full refund or transfer their booking to a future date.
