Children’s Pastel Table and Chair Set
Tired of ugly children’s furniture? This little table (Ikea Kritter) had definitely seen better days. Now it’s been given a new lease of life painted in a beautiful soft custom green colour - Inglenook mixed with Victorian Lace, pairing delicately with the chairs (Ikea Sundvik) painted in Rose Water and Mist. The table top then had pretty paper alphabet and numbers decoupaged on with faux stitching added for detail, then sealed in Fusion Tough Coat.
This little set may not be an antique (yet) but it certainly could not be cuter, and would suit any small child in need of their own bespoke table and chairs. (No need to build this set! It comes fully assembled!)
As with all my furniture, this is pre-loved and as such does have minor imperfections. I love giving these vintage, antique or used pieces new life, often saving them from landfill. With each item I endeavour to create something unique and of the highest standard, using only quality products. I view the imperfections as a little slice of history unique to that piece and one-of-a-kind. I hope you love the character, charm and hidden stories as much as I do.
